Single phase aynchronous motor converts standard household electricity into mechanical rotation.
Lacking a rotating magnetic field inherently, they employ auxiliary windings (often with capacitors) for self-starting.
Common types include capacitor start motor(CS motor), capacitor run motor(PSC motor or CR motor), and capacitor start and capacitor run motor(CSCR motor).

- ML series: capacitor start capacitor run motor also called dual capacitor motor, or double capacitor motor, the ML series is equipped with a starting device, a starting capacitor and a running capacitor and driven by a single-phase AC supply. lt is designed for applications requiring high starting torque, such as air compressors, mixers, hydraulic power units, etc. The ML series has a smaller frame size at the same power compared to the MC series.
- MLE series: the MLE series single phase capacitor start capacitor run motor is designed to meet IE2 efficiency standards according to IEC 60034-30-1.

- MY series: the MY series single phase capacitor run motor is equipped with a running capacitor and driven by a single-phase AC supply. It is designed for no load or low inertia starting applications, such as HVAC applications, ventilation equipment and water pumps.
- MYH series: the MYH series single phase capacitor run motor has a higher starting torque compared to the MY series, it is suitable for cement mixers, wood cutting equipment, etc.
- MYE series: the MYE series single phase capacitor run motor is designed to meet IE2 efficiency standards according to IEC 60034-30-1.

How to Choose Between Capacitor-Start (CS), and Capacitor-Start Capacitor-Run (CSCR) Motors?
The capacitor start motor(CS motor) has a larger frame size at the same power compared to the capacitor start capacitor run motor.
So if you need the motor size exactly same as capacitor start motor, we suggest you to choose capacitor start capacitor run motor, because it’s more cost-effective.
How to Choose Between Capacitor-Start (CS), Capacitor-Run (CR), and Capacitor-Start Capacitor-Run (CSCR) Motors?
It depends on your required starting torque.
For high starting torque, like mixer, compressor, choose capacitor start motor, and capacitor start and capacitor run motor.
For low starting torque, like fan, water pump, choose capacitor run motor.
