Huifeng’s 56J JET pump motor is designed for harsh industrial environments, it is suitable for various centrifugal pumps, jet pumps and fluid delivery systems.
Core Features & Technical Advantages
Standardized Frame & Flexible Mounting
Compliant with NEMA MG.1:2016 Standards (56 Frame), featuring C-face flange direct coupling—no coupling required, saving installation space.
Optional welded rigid base, removable base, or round body (base-free) for horizontal or vertical multi-angle mounting.
- 56J shaft (thread shaft) & 3/32″ screwdriver slot in Non-Drive End shaft to allow for tightening of impeller onto threads
- Standard 0.625″ 56C keyed shaft is also in option.
2. Robust Protection & Durable Design
Dual Protection Options:
ODP (Open Drip-Proof): ODP type 56J JET pump motor is suitable for clean, dry environments. There’re ventilation holes on motor housing , which provides good heat dissipation and makes the motor more cost-effective.
TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled): The IP degree of Huifeng’s TEFC type 56J JET pump motor is IP43 and IP54, it’s suitable for dust and water environment.
Stainless steel shaft end (Grade 304/420) prevents corrosion, paired with SKF double-sealed ball bearings for extended service life in wet/underwater conditions.
3. High Efficiency
Insulation System: Class F insulation with Class B temperature rise, withstands 155°C and supports VFD loads.
Service Factor 1.15 -1.75 for temporary overload, auto reset overload is standard for single phase motor, and optional for three phase motor.
- Motor efficiency is designed according NEMA premium efficiency, EPAct efficiency is also optional.
