Huifeng’s robust 3 phase brake motor uses a 直流制动 to achieve instant power-off braking.
The terminal box is extra-large. It provides enough space for mounting the necessary braking components, especially the rectifier for braking (which converts AC to DC) and thermal protection devices (PTO and PTC). So this can simplify installation, reduce external wiring, and protect critical components.
Our 3 phase brake motor is equipped with a removable handle to further enhance safety – the handle is installed during maintenance, calibration, or testing, and can be easily removed when not needed to avoid accidental contact during motor use.
